Omrania is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Control Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring robust project management and financial oversight.

Role Overview

The Project Control Engineer will be responsible for overseeing project costs, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. This position requires strong knowledge of project management principles and the ability to support project managers in identifying and mitigating financial risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Track project costs and analyze variances against approved budgets.
• Prepare and maintain Budget at Completion (BAC), Estimate to Complete (ETC), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
• Monitor project progress and financial performance.
• Prepare cost forecasts, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards.
• Support project managers in identifying cost risks and implementing corrective actions.
• Apply Earned Value Management principles and track key performance indicators.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Support monthly project reviews and financial closing activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in project control or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of project management, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in project performance reporting.

Location and Work Type

This position is based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is a full-time role.
