Purpose of the Role

This includes initiatives across key areas such as Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Network, Application Operations, and Service Management functions. The primary objective is to assist project managers in the essential activities of planning, coordination, tracking, and reporting.

Core Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and documentation efforts.
• Track project progress, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure visibility.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and communications with various stakeholders.
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports, dashboards, and presentations for review.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records.
• Follow up with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support change management and operational readiness activities as required.
