About the Role

Lenovo is seeking a Project Management Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading special projects and ensuring the timely delivery of milestones within a dynamic global technology environment. The specialist will be responsible for managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and coordinating efforts across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead LME-assigned and plant-level special projects, driving milestone delivery.
• Manage project schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues.
• Coordinate activities across various functional teams.
• Organize regular management meetings and ensure BMS governance.
• Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
• Standardize management processes and consolidate reports.
• Provide decision support through accurate data and analysis.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and drive successful outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on schedule, risk, and issue management.
• Experience in cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

Work Environment
