Role Summary

TestCrew is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in banking IT, lending platforms, and enterprise project delivery. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Loan Origination System (LOS), Loan Management System (LMS), and digital transformation projects within the banking and financial services sector. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, coordinating vendors, and ensuring the successful delivery of banking technology initiatives from project initiation through Go-Live and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects involving Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and core lending platforms.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and governance reports.
• Manage project execution throughout the SDLC, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure project success.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, executive communication, and steering committee meetings.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Oversee business analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Ensure successful coordination of System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Acceptance Testing, and production deployment and Go-Live activities.
• Lead migration projects involving lending platforms and ensure minimal business disruption.
• Manage QA governance, release planning, defect management, and change control processes.
• Ensure compliance with banking standards, security requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate Go-Live readiness activities, including production cutover planning, rollback strategy, and hypercare support.
• Monitor project progress through KPIs and prepare regular status reports for senior management.
• Foster collaboration between business, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to achieve successful project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management.
• Strong background in banking IT and lending platforms.
• Proven experience managing Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) projects.
• Experience with digital transformation projects within the banking and financial services sector.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
