About the Role

Paramount Computer Systems is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager / Cybersecurity Risk Specialist to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and Operational Technology (OT) security environments.

Project Management Responsibilities

In this capacity, the Project Manager will oversee enterprise engagements within IT and OT environments. Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills, including shift and resource allocation.
• Ensuring excellent delivery of Cybersecurity Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) managed services with adherence to SLA/KPI governance.
• Managing stakeholder relationships and providing executive communication, including reporting to steering committees.
• Maintaining high standards of documentation and quality management for GRC deliverables.

Cybersecurity Risk Specialist Responsibilities

As a Cybersecurity Risk Specialist, the role involves deep expertise in risk management and security frameworks. Responsibilities include:

• Applying expert knowledge of ISO/IEC 27005, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 31000, and NCA cybersecurity requirements.
• Delivering Cybersecurity Risk managed services with SLA/KPI governance.
• Managing enterprise engagements across IT and OT environments, focusing on risk mitigation.
• Ensuring excellent documentation and quality management for risk management deliverables and knowledge transfer.
• Aligning cybersecurity risks with business objectives and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks.
• Identifying cybersecurity risks, threats, and areas for improvement within IT and ICS/OT environments.
• Reviewing cybersecurity designs, identifying control gaps, and recommending practical mitigation measures.
• Producing risk dashboards and executive-level reports using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders and executives, and collaborating with IT, OT, business owners, and service providers.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and OT environments.
• Mandatory cybersecurity certifications including PMP and at least one from CISM, ISO, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO/IEC 27005.
