About the Role

أكسنتشر is seeking a Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of professional experience in cybersecurity risk and compliance management.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing and implementing governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs within the organization. This role ensures adherence to relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations, conducts risk assessments, and monitors compliance status.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and implement cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs.
• Ensure adherence to national and international cybersecurity standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for identified cybersecurity risks.
• Monitor and report on the organization's compliance status with relevant frameworks and policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and address cybersecurity risks.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices.
• Handle sensitive situations with discretion and diplomacy.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity GRC.
• Strong practical experience with Saudi national cybersecurity frameworks and regulations, including NCA ECC, CSCC, DCC, CCC, OTCC, NCS, NDMO, and PDPL.
• Good working knowledge of international frameworks and standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, PCI DSS, and GDPR.
• One or more relevant certifications are preferred (*, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer, GCCC, CISSP, CISM, CISA).
