This full-time Project Manager position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Project Manager Role

The Project Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management and administration of projects, from inception to closeout. This role involves establishing project-specific objectives and policies, ensuring projects are delivered in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. The position carries significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned projects. Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of projects, from beginning to closeout, and assist in establishing project-specific objectives and policies.
  • Lead and develop timely, compliant, accurate, and persuasive proposals, including complex, priority pursuits from capture through to interview stage.
  • Provide robust support and guidance to capture managers in developing win strategies, understanding capture planning best practices.
  • Support U+P KSA Director and AA/UAE commercial teams with follow-up on U+P ICAs execution, cash collection, and other KPI reporting.
  • Provide management and guidance to other project managers, enforcing company and project policies.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between AECOM and client interfaces.
  • Oversee and ensure all facets of the project align with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and technical leads.
  • Administer projects from budgeting/schedule stages through procurement and contract closeout.
  • Manage complexities such as projects involving litigation, environmental protection, or due diligence.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects through all lifecycle phases, from initiation to closure.
  • Proven experience in proposal development and capture management.
  • Strong leadership and guidance skills for project teams and other project managers.
  • Understanding of project financial management, including profit/loss responsibility.
  • Ability to manage complex project aspects, including legal and environmental considerations.
