Role Overview

Mina Excellence is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role focuses on leading the successful delivery of technology infrastructure projects, specifically within the ICT, ELV, and Telecom sectors.

Project Focus

The Project Manager will oversee projects from the initial planning and execution phases through to comprehensive testing, commissioning, and final client handover. This position requires a strong understanding of technical requirements and the ability to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle, including defining scope, developing schedules, allocating resources, controlling budgets, and implementing risk management strategies.
• Oversee the deployment of ELV/ICT systems, encompassing Structured Cabling, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, PA/VA, AV, and Telecom infrastructure.
• Supervise contractors and system integrators to ensure strict compliance with project specifications, Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) protocols, and client requirements.
• Lead site acceptance testing (SAT), commissioning activities, and facilitate the final handover process to clients.
• Monitor project budgets, meticulously track costs, and manage all variation orders effectively.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant regulatory authorities throughout the project duration.
• Ensure all projects are delivered punctually, within the allocated budget, and to the specified quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in project management, particularly within the ICT, ELV, or Telecom sectors. The role demands strong technical expertise combined with proven project management capabilities.

Required Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and contractors. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this role.
