Wadaie | ودائع is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of projects within the organization, contributing to the company's operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring that work progresses efficiently, status remains transparent, and no issues go unaddressed. This role focuses on coordination and execution rather than product strategy, serving as a central point for project flow and issue resolution across various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Track work in progress, maintaining clear visibility on the status, owner, and any blockers for all active items at any given time.
• Proactively detect and resolve project blockers by following up with relevant stakeholders and escalating decisions when necessary to maintain project momentum.
• Manage external dependencies, acting as the primary point of contact with banks and third parties to prevent integration timelines from stalling.
• Plan and sequence project work, breaking down initiatives into clear, actionable deliverables and ensuring project boards are accurately maintained.
• Facilitate and run weekly synchronization meetings, ensuring they are concise and that all decisions and follow-up actions are properly documented.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in project management or a related field. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex projects, coordinate diverse teams, and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
