Role Summary

The Project Sales Representative is a full-time, field-based role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is focused on market share capture through proactive field scouting and direct engagement with construction projects. The Project Sales Representative operates primarily outside the showroom, identifying emerging construction projects and unlisted developments to establish initial contact with new clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive field scouting to identify new construction projects and unlisted developments.
• Engage directly with neighborhoods and construction sites to capture market share.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients, transforming geographic scanning into a pipeline of high-value projects.
• Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from site discovery through daily routes to project handover.
• Ensure Cordoba Eye is the preferred solution for developers, contractors, and site owners.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-mobility, results-driven environment.
• Experience in field sales and direct client engagement.

Work Environment

This role requires significant time spent "on the move" outside of a traditional office or showroom setting, focusing on direct engagement with construction sites and potential clients in Riyadh. The position is full-time.
