About the Role

Mindray, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Public Affairs Manager to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is central to supporting healthcare transformation and ensuring regulatory excellence within Saudi Arabia. The Public Affairs Manager will play a key role in managing government relations and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage relationships with key government entities, including the Ministry of Health (MOH), Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA), National Unified Procurement Company (NUPCO), and Council of Health Insurance (CHI).
Monitor Saudi regulations, healthcare policies, and localisation requirements to ensure ongoing awareness and adaptation.
Ensure compliance across various government platforms such as Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad, GOSI, ZATCA, and the Ministry of Commerce (MOC).
Advise HR, Finance, Legal, and business teams on regulatory updates and compliance requirements.
Support government procurement processes, market access initiatives, and broader stakeholder engagement activities.
Represent Mindray in relevant government, industry, and healthcare forums.

Qualifications and Requirements

Saudi National (Mandatory).
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
8+ years of experience in Public Affairs, Government Relations, Compliance, or Regulatory Affairs.
Strong knowledge of Saudi government regulations and the healthcare sector.
Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms and compliance processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
