The Opportunity: Quality Assurance Manager

MRG is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and maintain quality standards across the client's operations in Riyadh. This full-time role is critical for an individual who possesses strong technical quality management expertise combined with hands-on Facility Management experience and a dedication to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System across all Facility Management operations.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, contractual obligations, and client expectations.
• Lead internal and external audits, inspections, and quality assurance programs.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics, KPIs, and compliance standards across the business.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage corrective and preventive action plans and ensure effective resolution of non-conformities.
• Partner with operational teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present quality reports, performance analysis, and recommendations to senior management.
• Support business objectives through strategic quality planning and process optimization initiatives.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Quality Manager, with 5-10 years of overall experience.
• Previous experience working within a Facility Management company is essential.
• Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Sound knowledge of international quality standards, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
• Experience using quality assurance tools, reporting platforms, and performance measurement systems.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence, engage, and develop teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A proactive and hands-on approach with a strong commitment to operational excellence.
