About the Role

Master Works is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of its products, services, and business processes. This full-time position requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual to uphold the highest standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with organizational and client requirements.
• Conduct regular quality audits and process evaluations to identify non-conformities and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor compliance with quality management systems, company policies, and applicable regulatory and industry standards.
• Investigate quality-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Prepare quality reports, analyze performance metrics, and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, enhance service quality, and support organizational excellence initiatives.
• Support internal and external audits, provide quality awareness and training to employees, and promote a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
• Experience with the T24 system is preferred.
