Quality Planning & Monitoring Supervisor

About the Role

NHC Innovation is seeking a Quality Planning & Monitoring Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves coordinating and supporting the implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS) and related activities across the organization. The supervisor will ensure effective execution of quality frameworks, monitor organizational performance, and address quality issues through structured analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this position is to enhance overall quality maturity and operational effectiveness within NHCI. This includes identifying recurring quality gaps, systemic issues, and improvement opportunities, as well as supporting the evaluation of organizational maturity for quality management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze Business Excellence priorities, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to support Quality Planning & Monitoring initiatives.
• Translate strategic quality objectives into structured quality roadmaps, monitoring plans, and improvement initiatives.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality planning and monitoring frameworks, policies, standards, and review mechanisms.
• Coordinate with programs’ Quality Excellence teams to align governance practices, quality requirements, and escalation protocols.
• Review organizational quality assessments and operational reviews to identify recurring quality gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Support evaluation of organizational maturity for quality management practices and follow up on improvement actions.
• Coordinate quality monitoring activities, internal audits, and assessments in line with approved plans and standards.
• Follow up on the development and tracking of quality roadmaps, corrective actions, and improvement initiatives.
• Support identification and analysis of quality risks, performance trends, and operational issues, contributing to mitigation actions.
• Collect, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs, audit results, and operational data to support reporting and decision-making.
• Review root cause analysis outputs for quality deviations and support the implementation and validation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Follow up on audit findings, corrective actions, and management decisions to ensure closure and compliance.
• Support periodic management review activities by consolidating reports, tracking actions, and monitoring improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholder satisfaction assessments, complaint management activities, and feedback analysis, translating findings into improvement actions.
• Consolidate quality reports from programs and functions and support preparation of enterprise dashboards.
• Support evaluation of quality programs and monitoring practices against defined objectives, contributing to continuous improvement.

Experience and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience.
