About the Role

Halsco is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Surveyor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is essential for supporting project planning and execution through precise quantity surveying, cost estimation, and comprehensive documentation. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of relevant experience, demonstrating strong technical knowledge and accuracy in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and project quotations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, procurement, and project teams.
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost control.
• Prepare project documentation and reports.
• Utilize AutoCAD to review and interpret technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Strong experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and quotations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.

Required Skills

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in construction, landscaping, or infrastructure projects.
• Relevant professional experience within Saudi Arabia.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
