About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Quantity Surveyor MEP to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for a professional with extensive experience in quantity surveying for infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects.

Role Overview

The Quantity Surveyor MEP will be responsible for managing all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects. This involves working with contractors and clients to ensure that projects are completed within budget, from initial estimates to final accounts. The role requires a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles and relevant industry specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct quantity surveying for roads and infrastructure networks, including water, sewage, and drainage systems.
Utilize Civil 3D software for accurate quantity take-offs and project analysis.
Apply Saudi and international quantity surveying specifications and measurement methods.
Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects.
Manage contractual agreements and ensure compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 8 years specifically in roads and infrastructure networks (water, sewage, and drainage networks).
Proficiency in using Civil 3D for quantity surveying tasks.
Sound knowledge of Saudi and international quantity surveying specifications and measurement methods.

Work Environment and Location

This position is based in Riyadh and is a full-time role within the Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC. The successful candidate will work within a professional environment focused on delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
