About the Role

Al Jeri Investment is seeking a Real Estate Business Development Specialist to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on identifying and evaluating new business and investment opportunities within the real estate sector. The specialist will contribute to the company's growth and expansion plans through strategic analysis and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities in the real estate sector.
• Conduct market research and analyze real estate trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Develop new business opportunities and support the company’s growth and expansion plans.
• Evaluate potential real estate projects and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and business partners.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, market studies, and periodic reports.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support the development and execution of new opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of previous experience in business development within the real estate sector.
• Good knowledge of the real estate market and investment opportunities.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.

Work Environment
