The Role of Real Estate Operations

Huspy is seeking a Real Estate Operations professional to join the Wiyyana team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to expanding Wiyyana's property advisory services in the Kingdom. The successful candidate will contribute to building and managing the supply pipeline, ensuring high-quality property listings and supporting the operational efficiency of real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Source new property supply from owners, landlords, and developer channels, building a consistent daily outreach pipeline.
Conduct outbound calls to property owners, qualify properties, and secure listing agreements.
Collect accurate property details, including price, specifications, photos, and availability, to ensure high listing quality.
Provide support for uploading brokerage agreements to REGA platforms.
Draft clear and effective listing descriptions; proficiency in Arabic and English is beneficial.
Maintain and update a source lead tracker/CRM with status, next steps, notes, and owner details.
Coordinate with agents and operations teams to publish listings and minimize data leakage.

Required Qualifications and Skills

0-1 years of professional experience.
Demonstrated strong phone communication skills and persistence for high-volume outreach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with spreadsheets and CRM systems.
Clear written communication abilities and sound market judgment regarding quality listings.
Real estate experience is preferred, alongside a strong work ethic and reliability.
