About the Recruitment Supervisor Role

CareerFirst Company is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is critical for overseeing and managing all recruitment activities, ensuring the timely and effective hiring of qualified candidates in alignment with business requirements and workforce plans.

Role Overview

The Recruitment Supervisor will lead the recruitment team, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle. This role is essential for optimizing the hiring process, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring compliance with established recruitment policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the recruitment team and manage the distribution of vacancies and recruitment activities.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
• Review and approve candidate shortlists, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including Time to Fill, Time to Hire, Quality of Hire, Source Effectiveness, and Offer Acceptance Rate.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports and dashboards to management.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Manage relationships with recruitment platforms, agencies, and external sourcing channels.
• Identify recruitment challenges and recommend process improvements.
• Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting.
• Coach and develop recruiters, and monitor team performance.
• Maintain a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Required Experience

Candidates for the Recruitment Supervisor position should possess 5 to 10 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in managing recruitment activities and leading a team.
