The Role: Outdoor Sales Representative

alfanar is seeking a Full-time Outdoor Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh. This role is responsible for driving sales and building relationships with new and existing customers within assigned territories. The position focuses on acquiring new business, promoting the company's products and services, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication, follow-up, and support in outdoor or field settings. Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and acquire new customers within the assigned geographical area.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending trade events.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients to drive sales.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up regularly with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Promote and represent the company’s products and services, ensuring they align with customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products to effectively position the company’s offerings.
  • Provide customers with detailed product information, price quotes, and recommendations.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the sales manager.
  • Track and report on sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes, ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Maintain and update records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Monitor competitor activity, including pricing, promotions, and products.
  • Gather and report customer feedback to the sales manager to assist in product development and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies to maximize business growth.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on orders and delivery of products or services.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
  • Handle order discrepancies, delivery issues, and product concerns with professionalism.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within the defined area of work activity.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Outdoor Sales Representative position should have 2-5 years of experience in outdoor sales or a related field. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and building strong customer relationships is essential for this role.
