About the Role

Mii (Market Insight International) is seeking an experienced Research & Business Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role requires a professional who can integrate strong market research expertise with a proven capability to cultivate client relationships, generate new business, and convert opportunities into successful research projects. The manager will contribute directly to Mii’s continued growth within the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities, leveraging a strong professional network.
• Manage client relationships from initial engagement and needs identification through proposal development, project delivery, and follow-up.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, and participate in government and private-sector tenders.
• Oversee research projects, ensuring quality, adherence to timelines, and client expectations are met.
• Lead and develop a small research team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi national.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in market research, insights, or consulting, with 5-10 years of overall experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, including experience working with government entities and private-sector organizations.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and achieving sales/revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, sampling, fieldwork, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to combine research expertise, commercial thinking, and relationship building.
