About Arweqah Alreyadah and the Role

Arweqah Alreyadah is seeking an experienced Research & Studies Consultant to join its dedicated consulting team. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and involves contributing to high-impact projects across Saudi Arabia and the wider region.

The Opportunity

The Research & Studies Consultant will play a pivotal role in delivering expert research and analytical insights for various consulting and development initiatives. This position is ideal for a professional with 5 to 10 years of experience who can lead comprehensive research efforts and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for clients.

Core Responsibilities

Conduct qualitative and quantitative research for consulting and development projects.
Design research methodologies, analytical frameworks, surveys, interview guides, and other data collection tools.
Prepare socioeconomic, sectoral, benchmarking, market, policy, feasibility, and impact-related studies.
Conduct literature reviews, desk research, stakeholder mapping, and comparative analyses.
Analyze research findings and translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
Prepare high-quality research reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
Support project teams in developing evidence-based strategies, policies, and development initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather insights and validate research findings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience in research, studies, consulting, or a related field, preferably within a consulting firm.
Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and data analysis.
Ability to develop research frameworks, conduct in-depth analysis, and prepare professional reports.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The consultant will operate within a collaborative team environment, contributing to projects that have a significant impact across various sectors in the region.
