About Arqami Smart Technology

Arqami Smart Technology is seeking a Restaurant Technology Sales Specialist to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position focused on expanding the company's reach within the restaurant sector.

Role Overview

The Restaurant Technology Sales Specialist will be responsible for selling Arqami’s comprehensive restaurant technology solutions. This includes Point of Sale (POS) systems, online ordering platforms, and various management tools to both new and existing clients in Riyadh. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and qualify potential prospects within the restaurant industry.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of Arqami’s technology solutions.
Prepare tailored proposals that address the specific needs of restaurant operators.
Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify further opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth implementation of sold solutions.
Provide consultative guidance to clients on optimizing their technology usage.
Track all sales activities and report on pipeline status and performance metrics.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to support strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, including managing field visits and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an advantage.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology is essential.
0-1 year of professional experience is required for this role.
