About the Role

Cod3 Knights is seeking a Retail Sales Associate – Cosmetics to join our team in Al Malqa, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on customer service, retail sales, and daily store operations within a cosmetics environment. The role requires a proactive and dependable individual capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Support customers in selecting beauty and cosmetic products tailored to their needs.
• Explain product features, usage, and benefits clearly.
• Contribute to achieving store sales objectives and performance goals.
• Maintain professional and positive customer relationships.
• Process purchases and handle POS transactions accurately.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product organization.
• Ensure shelves, testers, and displays are properly maintained.
• Support overall cleanliness and visual presentation of the store.
• Support daily retail operations and overall store efficiency.
• Participate in promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
• Assist with basic social media or marketing-related tasks when required.
• Stay informed about new product launches and beauty trends.
• Uphold brand image and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is an advantage.
• Arabic speaker with good English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently and within a team.
• Flexible with shift schedules.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
