About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a Risk Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position reports directly to the Project Director and is central to developing, implementing, and managing the program risk management plan for a significant infrastructure project.

Project Overview

The project involves a major infrastructure program for a mixed-use development in Riyadh. This ambitious development aims to establish itself as a global landmark, recognized for its unique vision and authentic destination appeal. It will create a distinct, self-sustaining community featuring several iconic assets. KBR provides comprehensive Project Management Consultancy services, encompassing project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and the implementation of development and early works packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop risk management standards, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and manage the program risk management plan.
• Coordinate with the program management team, consultants, and contractors on all aspects of risk management.
• Run and facilitate risk management workshops.
• Maintain and analyze the risk register.
• Facilitate the development, implementation, and tracking of mitigation actions.
• Provide monthly and weekly reports.
• Prepare and deliver presentations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within large-scale infrastructure or development projects.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a dynamic project environment focused on delivering a landmark development.
