Role Overview: Sales Account Manager

United Business Group is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for managing and expanding a portfolio of client accounts. The focus is on building long-term relationships, understanding customer needs, and presenting appropriate IT infrastructure and support solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads.
• Conduct sales meetings and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contract terms in alignment with company policies.
• Monitor account performance and follow up on service delivery.
• Address customer concerns.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Sales Account Manager position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in sales and account management, preferably within the IT infrastructure or technical support services sector.

Work Environment
