The Sales Account Manager Role
We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity in Riyadh. This role is central to managing and expanding relationships with our institutional clients and partners. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and effectively promoting the Institute’s diverse consulting, research, and training services to various organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire account lifecycle, from initial engagement to service delivery and client satisfaction monitoring.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals and negotiate terms with institutional clients.
- Coordinate service delivery effectively with internal academic and administrative units.
- Conduct regular client meetings to foster strong relationships and understand evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate sales and account records, providing regular performance reports.
- Proactively engage with stakeholders and participate in relevant events and conferences.
- Implement consistent follow-up strategies to ensure long-term partnerships and sustained revenue growth.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated strong Account Management and Customer Service skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Communication, enabling effective understanding of client needs and delivery of tailored solutions through clear, professional interaction.
- Strong Lead Generation and presentation skills to identify new opportunities, approach prospects, and articulate services effectively.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, or institutional partnership development, preferably within the education, consulting, or professional services sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks efficiently, and consistently meet sales and performance targets.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience with CRM or similar tools for tracking leads, opportunities, and account activities.
Work Location
This is an on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring the ability to work effectively within the local environment and engage directly with clients and internal teams.
