Role Overview

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold customer service standards in accordance with Majid Al Futtaim guidelines, understanding customer needs to facilitate a positive experience.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
• Achieve and aim to exceed established sales targets.
• Contribute to increased sales through product knowledge, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain store standards, assisting with tasks such as cleanliness, tidiness, and merchandise replenishment.
• Comply with all store security policies and regulations to minimize stock loss.
• Utilize selling skills to support customer needs, generate high-value transactions, and foster repeat business.
• Recommend, select, and assist customers in locating or obtaining merchandise, including items from other Majid Al Futtaim Fashion Brands and Stores if not available in-store.

• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide an exceptional experience.
• Proficiency in product knowledge to support sales efforts.
