About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking a Sales Engineer BMS to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position requiring 5-10 years of experience. The role focuses on managing the sales cycle for control business solutions within the Riyadh region.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong network within the Control Business sector in the Riyadh Region.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from tendering to closing deals.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure business opportunities.
• Maintain a disciplined approach to CRM updates and follow-ups.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in Controls Sales, specifically with BMS, LCS, and ELV Systems.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding annual sales targets.
• Strong network among contractors, consultants, and owners within the central region construction market.
• 3-4 years of direct sales experience within the Riyadh region.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English.
• Excellent negotiation abilities.
• Strong organizational skills for CRM management and follow-up.
