About the Sales Engineer Role

Gulf Stars For Automatic Doors is seeking a Sales Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, on-site position. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, meeting with clients, and presenting tailored technical solutions for industrial doors and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive proposals for clients.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinate with the technical team to design appropriate solutions.
• Follow up on sales leads to facilitate the closure of sales.
• Provide technical support both before and after sales.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
• Ensure proper documentation of all client requirements and technical specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM tools.
• Contribute to sales forecasts and provide valuable market feedback.

Required Experience
