ITF - Integrated Technologies and Fit-Out, a leading company specializing in comprehensive interior fit-out solutions and office furniture, is seeking a dedicated Sales Executive. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and focuses on driving business growth and client acquisition within the local market.

Role Overview

The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in expanding ITF's market presence by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This involves actively promoting the company's range of interior fit-out services and office furniture solutions to potential clients, consultants, and companies, ensuring the achievement of established sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and acquire new clients for interior fit-out and office furniture projects.
• Promote and present the company's interior fit-out services and office furniture solutions to prospective clients.
• Monitor market tenders, commercial opportunities, and upcoming projects to identify potential leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, industry consultants, and corporate entities.
• Consistently achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project sales, specifically within the interior fit-out and office furniture industry.
• Possession of a strong client database and well-established business relationships within the Saudi market.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation, proposal preparation, and client follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications and sales reporting tools.

Location and Additional Preferences

This role requires the candidate to be based in Riyadh. Preference will be given to applicants who possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle, which is beneficial for client meetings and site visits across the city.
