The Role of Sales Executive

Buraq is seeking a Sales Executive to expand its client base throughout Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Executive will manage the complete sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients, with a specific focus on SMBs that can benefit from WhatsApp automation. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business leads across target sectors, including e-commerce, clinics, real estate, and services.
• Conduct product demonstrations to illustrate how Buraq enhances sales and engagement for clients.
• Manage the entire sales pipeline within the CRM system, from initial contact to deal closure.
• Assess prospect needs and align them with appropriate Buraq features and service plans.
• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the onboarding team to ensure a seamless transition for new clients.
• Collect market feedback and communicate insights to the product and marketing teams.
