About the Opportunity

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Sales Manager Banking to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is focused on driving business growth within the Saudi banking sector, specifically targeting leading Tier-1 banks.

Role Overview

The Sales Manager Banking will be responsible for expanding existing accounts and acquiring new opportunities by leveraging industry relationships and consultative selling capabilities. This position requires a strategic approach to identify and secure new business for Capgemini's consulting, technology, and transformation services across key banking clients in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the Saudi banking sector.
Develop and manage executive relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for Capgemini's consulting, technology, and transformation services.
Build and execute account growth strategies for strategic banking clients.
Collaborate with delivery, solution, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals and client engagements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the banking industry.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate the following:

A strong network and proven experience working with one or more Tier-1 Saudi banks.
A robust background in the banking and financial services industry.
Established executive-level relationships within the Saudi banking ecosystem.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue growth targets.
Experience selling consulting, digital transformation, technology, managed services, or banking solutions.
