About the Role

KinFitz & Co. is seeking a Sales Manager for Vacuum & Process Systems to lead a high-growth regional territory. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for vacuum systems, process equipment, and turnkey engineering solutions within the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries across KSA and MENA.

Company Context

The company is an established industrial manufacturer with over 100 years of engineering heritage, currently undergoing aggressive expansion in KSA and MENA. They design and supply specialized equipment and engineering solutions to key industrial sectors. With existing regional clients and significant investment in growth, this role is a key commercial hire for the region.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract finalization across KSA and MENA.
  • Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with clients in the oil and gas, pharmaceutical, and chemical sectors.
  • Follow up on qualified leads and generate new business through proactive field activities.
  • Oversee the management of RFP responses and coordinate proposal development with the technical team.
  • Secure aftermarket and service contracts in addition to new equipment sales.
  • Undertake regional travel to meet clients and expand the territory.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Direct experience selling vacuum systems, process equipment, or turnkey engineering solutions.
  • An established network of contacts within the oil and gas sector across the GCC.
  • A proven track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals.
  • Comfort working autonomously within a small, scaling international team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across KSA and MENA.
  • Based in KSA.
  • Arabic language skills are considered a bonus for broader regional engagement.

Compensation and Reporting

The role offers a base salary of SAR 20,000 per month, plus commission. Direct reporting will be to the International Sales Director. This position provides genuine territory ownership across KSA and MENA from the outset, supported by an established global manufacturer with a strong regional pipeline.
