Sales & Project Engineer Parking Solutions

About the Role

Flowciti Group is seeking a Sales & Project Engineer, Parking Solutions, to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supervising the installation and maintenance of parking management systems, leading technical teams, and actively contributing to business development by identifying new opportunities within the parking solutions sector.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of parking management hardware and software.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Ensure all systems and equipment are installed and operating correctly.

Maintenance and Technical Support

• Plan and supervise preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for parking equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimize equipment downtime.
• Coordinate spare parts, repairs, and technical support with suppliers.
• Maintain maintenance records and equipment performance reports.

Technician Supervision

• Supervise and allocate tasks to technicians.
• Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with safety procedures.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the technical team.

Sales and Business Development

• Identify new opportunities for parking management equipment, car park operations, and valet parking services.
• Search for potential clients and develop business relationships.
• Conduct site visits to assess client requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Follow up with clients on submitted proposals and potential projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain equipment specifications and prices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in project management, technical supervision, and business development within the parking solutions industry.
