About Hail House and the Role

Hail House (بيت هايل) is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on customer engagement and sales within the building materials sector.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales and fostering customer relationships. Depending on experience, skills, and business requirements, the role may involve either showroom sales activities or field sales assignments.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and accurately assess their requirements.
• Present suitable products and provide precise product information.
• Prepare quotations and conduct follow-ups with both potential and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships.
• Achieve assigned sales targets consistently.
• Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Monitor market opportunities and identify potential customers, particularly when assigned to field sales.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following qualifications:

• Previous experience (0-1 year) in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Experience in building materials, sanitary ware, tiles, or a related industry is considered an advantage.
• A valid driving license is an advantage, especially for field sales assignments.
• Ability to work full-time in Riyadh.

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires working within a team environment, whether in a showroom setting or through field visits.
