About the Role

Massar Business Solutions is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Developer with a specialization in Finance Analytics. This full-time position is based in Riyadh and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role focuses on delivering executive finance dashboards and reporting solutions for financial planning and analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Stories, Dashboards, and Analytic Applications.
• Build comprehensive finance dashboards covering Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Budget vs. Actuals, Forecasting, Variance Analysis, and Cost Center reporting.
• Develop SAC models utilizing both Live and Import Connections.
• Integrate SAC with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP BPC.
• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, allocations, and scenario analysis leveraging SAC Planning capabilities.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into effective technical solutions, and collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders.
• Optimize dashboard performance, data models, and reporting processes for efficiency.
• Provide support for testing, user training, deployment, and post-production activities.

Required Skills and Experience

• 8–10 years of SAP Analytics experience, with a minimum of 4 years specifically in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Strong hands-on experience in SAC Story Development, Data Modeling, and Planning functionalities.
• Proven experience with integration of SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW, SAP S/4HANA, and SAP Datasphere.
• A solid understanding of financial reporting principles, FP&A processes, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Familiarity with CDS Views, HANA modeling, and data integration concepts.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SAC Certification.
• Prior experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, or Oil & Gas industries.
• Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position located in Riyadh. The role involves close collaboration with finance teams and other stakeholders to deliver impactful analytics solutions.
