The consultant will work as part of a dedicated team providing high-quality SAP services.

Role Overview

The SAP Basis Consultant will be responsible for the technical foundation of SAP systems, focusing on system health, performance, and security. This position requires a professional with 2-5 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, capable of managing complex SAP environments and collaborating with various teams to support system integrity and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SAP environments, including development, test, and production systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability of SAP systems.
• Perform system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as necessary.
• Utilize SAP tools for transport management and client administration.
• Implement and manage system backups and recovery plans to safeguard client data.
• Collaborate with functional teams to support new system implementations and migrations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Participate in on-call support rotations to address urgent system issues as they arise.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as an SAP Basis Consultant.
• Demonstrated ability to administer, maintain, and support SAP systems.
• Proficiency in SAP system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, patching, and enhancement processes.
• Familiarity with transport management and client administration within SAP.
• Knowledge of system backup and recovery strategies.
