About the Role

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Saudization Claims Executive to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position supports critical financial operations, including receivables management, credit control activities, claims tracking, and MIS reporting across the business. The role is integral to ensuring timely invoicing, effective collections, accurate financial reporting, and overall improved receivables performance.

Reporting and Collaboration

The Saudization Claims Executive reports directly to the Regional Manager or Head of Body & Paint. This position requires close collaboration with the Credit Control team, Business Unit Finance Manager, Finance Shared Services, and various internal stakeholders to achieve its objectives. The successful candidate will contribute to maintaining financial health through diligent oversight of customer outstanding balances and collection processes.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Regional Manager in reviewing existing processes and recommending improvements for timely invoicing and collection.
Prepare, review, and distribute MIS reports detailing receivables by division and customer.
Monitor customer outstanding balances and assist in developing appropriate payment plans when necessary.
Provide analytical insights to identify areas of concern, overdue balances, disputed customer accounts, and potential collection risks.
Prepare and report key performance indicators for each division, conducting regular performance reviews with the Credit Control Manager, Regional Manager, and Business Unit Finance Manager.
Work closely with Finance Shared Services on debtor reports, accounting updates, reconciliations, and receivables monitoring.
Support month-end activities, including rebate accruals and accounts receivable provisioning.
Assist in developing collection strategies and action plans aimed at improving overdue performance.
Maintain accurate data, reports, and records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to foster an open, honest, and performance-driven working environment.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in finance, credit control, or receivables management. This experience should demonstrate a proven ability to manage financial processes and contribute to improved financial performance.
