About the Role

UCC Holding is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffold erection and dismantling operations on construction sites in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency, contributing to a secure working environment and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage scaffolding crews, coordinating daily tasks and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Collaborate with project managers to develop scaffolding plans that meet site requirements.
Conduct regular safety inspections and training sessions, ensuring all personnel are aware of safety standards.
Monitor the integrity and stability of scaffolding structures, addressing any issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of scaffold inspections, site conditions, and personnel training.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 0-1 year of experience in scaffolding supervision or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to oversee scaffold erection and dismantling operations.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring on-site presence to supervise construction activities. The role involves working closely with project teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
