Role Overview

BCG is seeking a Senior Analyst for BCG Vantage Implementation (Transformation) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, client-focused role involves working on long-term implementation and transformation initiatives. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for translating strategic ideas into measurable outcomes and ensuring successful execution of initiatives, stakeholder alignment, and lasting business impact. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive key modules within implementation projects and transformation programs.
• Execute programs and realize value by translating strategy into action, aligning stakeholders, and overcoming implementation challenges.
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, integrating business transformation principles into practical scenarios.
• Support the activation of organizational design strategies and target operating models, including processes, governance, roles, and performance management.
• Manage the disciplined execution of program components, including initiative prioritization, business case development, and value realization tracking.
• Conduct analysis to identify opportunities for process streamlining and performance improvement, focusing on business and financial impact.
• Communicate credibly and confidently with case teams and client team members.
• Ensure high-quality execution of project components, maintaining focus on practical efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive process enhancements and change execution, supporting change management efforts and enabling capability uplift.
• Apply Generative AI tools and techniques (*, LLM workflows, agentic systems, retrieval-based solutions) to accelerate transformation outcomes.
• Contribute to codifying know-how and assets from case and proposal work, and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues.

Work Environment and Collaboration

As a Client Focus Senior Analyst, you will engage directly with clients and collaborate with BCG Project Leaders, Associates, and Consultants. Between client engagements, you will work with global topic leads and colleagues across BCG to leverage expertise and capabilities for internal and external clients. Travel to client sites is expected for staffing assignments to understand requirements and develop solutions.
