Cornerstone Global Partners (CGP Group) is seeking a Senior Analyst / Manager, Real Estate Investments for a full-time position in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The client is a residential living brand with a significant operating portfolio across Saudi Arabia.

The Role

This role involves underwriting acquisitions and operator management agreements for residential and hospitality-led assets. The successful candidate will manage deals from initial assessment through to the signing of term sheets, contributing to the growth of the client's portfolio in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Underwrite acquisitions and management agreements, providing clear recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain financial models, including sensitivity analyses and downside scenarios.
• Evaluate operating assets using operating statements, occupancy data, unit mix, and pricing strategies.
• Structure commercial terms, encompassing fees, contract duration, and performance benchmarks.
• Draft term sheets and prepare approval memos for review by senior leadership.
• Coordinate due diligence processes with internal teams, asset owners, and external advisors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in real estate investments or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to underwrite complex real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, supporting a prominent residential living brand with a large operational footprint.
