The Role

White Spaces is seeking a Senior Community Manager for its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia location. This full-time role involves leading the Experience Officers team, driving sales and revenue growth, and managing operational aspects of the branch. The Senior Community Manager will be responsible for member engagement, achieving sales targets, and fostering a vibrant community, while leveraging sales expertise to expand the client base and upsell services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and mentor Experience Officers, with a focus on sales enablement and revenue targets.
• Set performance goals based on sales metrics, conduct regular evaluations, and maintain high team engagement.
• Actively drive business development through member tours, identifying upsell opportunities, closing deals, and attending networking events.
• Collaborate with sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
• Ensure exceptional member experience by coaching the team, handling escalations, and building strong client relationships.
• Manage daily branch operations, coordinate facilities maintenance, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, revenue metrics, member feedback, and operational updates to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and drive sales.
• Experience in community management and operational oversight.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focusing on driving growth and maximizing revenue opportunities at the Al Riyadh location.
