We are seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is integral to managing and enhancing Unifonic's Compliance function, focusing on anticipating issues and developing proactive, practical solutions for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the organization maintains an effective engagement framework with the regulator (CST).
Collaborate with management and staff to identify and manage regulatory compliance risks.
Maintain and coordinate open communication with all relevant decision-makers and stakeholders regarding regulatory communications and their impact.
Organize regular training sessions for employees to efficiently communicate key regulatory changes and updates.
Support the creation and implementation of organizational policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations.
Research industry compliance regulations and policies.
Evaluate internal operational and procedural compliance.
Maintain internal regulatory compliance by communicating requirements, obtaining approvals, and training stakeholders.
Manage applications for compliance certifications and regulatory approvals.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance recordkeeping system.
Maintain communication with compliance regulators and follow up on applications.
Stay informed about compliance requirements and amendments to regulations.
Identify roadblocks and propose process improvements within the compliance framework.
Maintain a compliance communication register and associated documentation.
Create and manage action plans in response to regulatory compliance audit discoveries and compliance violations.
Remediate regulatory audits and periodic reviews, compiling identified gaps and corresponding action plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A Higher Education or Bachelor’s Degree in a Technology or Management field.
3+ years of hands-on experience as a compliance analyst or specialist within an enterprise-level organization.
Strong experience in both reviewing and drafting policies and documentation in both Arabic and English.
Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, manage, and complete projects in line with stakeholder needs, expectations, and organizational strategic objectives.

Preferred Experience and Certifications

Experience with international standards and local regulatory requirements related to telecommunications, data protection, and data localization.
A compliance management or project management certification is considered a plus.
