About the Role

Hill International (Middle East) Limited is seeking a Senior Contracts Management Engineer (E2) for a full-time position in Riyadh. This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of contracts for large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, implementation, and compliance.
  • Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, and project management to ensure contract alignment with company policies and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth contract execution.
  • Monitor and track contract deliverables, milestones, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Identify and resolve contract-related issues or disputes efficiently.
  • Conduct regular contract audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on contract performance, offering recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in contract management to enhance processes and systems.
  • Ensure awareness and compliance with Hill International's Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals, and Procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager or supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in contracts management, including overall responsibility for contract management on large-scale projects.
  • Experience with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
  • Demonstrated experience in pricing, contract law, contract drafting, administration, and negotiation of change orders.
  • Proficiency in effective correspondence, planning, and scheduling.
  • Thorough knowledge of prime contract management administration, as well as (sub)contract formation and administration.
  • Familiarity with execution office and field procedures and documents related to multi-discipline construction projects.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
