Role Overview

The Senior Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring that all contracts are meticulously structured, fully compliant with legal and company policies, and directly aligned with Qiddiya's strategic objectives. This involves applying expertise to safeguard the company's interests throughout various project phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee contract drafting, review, negotiation, and execution processes.
• Ensure all contracts comply with applicable legal frameworks and company policies.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues.
