The Role: Senior Customer Solutions Consultant

As a Senior Customer Solutions Consultant at Unifonic, based in Riyadh, Riyadh Province, you will facilitate customers' digital transformation through cloud communication solutions. This full-time role involves leading collaboration with a virtual team of sales, engineering, and support resources. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, influencing long-term strategic direction, serving as a trusted advisor, and driving executive-level engagement with CXOs and technology decision-makers. You will assist customers in evaluating their cloud communication strategy, recommend solutions aligned with their business and technical requirements, address deployment challenges, and ensure successful adoption to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical liaison between Sales and Product teams during the sales process, supporting solution design, quotes, proposals, RFP responses, and related documentation.
Develop a working knowledge of Unifonic's conversational AI and omnichannel communications platform.
Participate in Sales team meetings to understand customer pain points, requirements, and business goals, and contribute to shaping relevant solutions.
Support problem escalation and best-practice efforts to assist clients and internal teams in effectively utilizing Unifonic's products.
Build and deliver product demonstrations and pilots that showcase Unifonic's value to prospects and clients.
Relay timely and organized client feedback to Product Management, Sales, Support, and Development based on real business cases.
Ensure a clear handover of won deals to the Customer Success team, providing comprehensive context on customer goals and configuration.
Provide technical input to Sales and Account Management for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Support, and Engineering, as needed to close deals.

Required Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this position should have 4+ years of relevant experience. A proven track record of success in sales, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships and a commitment to helping others, is essential. The role requires individuals who can operate as trusted consultants, effectively understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable cloud communication strategies.
