Senior Digital Products Specialist

About the Role

Reef Group is seeking a Senior Digital Products Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the development and operation of digital products by analyzing user needs, documenting requirements, overseeing feature development, and coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Digital Product Manager in monitoring digital product development and implementing approved improvement plans.
• Gather and analyze business and user requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
• Prepare and maintain requirements documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria for digital features.
• Coordinate with technical teams and service providers to clarify requirements and monitor implementation according to priorities.
• Monitor the status of digital features and enhancements, ensuring progress aligns with approved plans and timelines.
• Review prototypes and digital designs in coordination with users to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document feedback, and follow up with relevant teams to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze user feedback post-launch of digital products and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Monitor digital product usage metrics and analyze results to support product development and enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with business functions, including Operations, E-commerce, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance, to ensure alignment between digital products and business needs.
• Support the prioritization of requirements and enhancements based on operational impact and user needs.
• Monitor operational issues related to digital products and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Document digital product updates, releases, and changes, maintaining clear and accurate records.
• Prepare periodic reports covering digital product status, open requirements, feedback, and improvements.
• Support user training and knowledge transfer related to new digital products and features.
• Review the quality of digital deliverables before launch and ensure compliance with approved requirements.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in digital product development or a related field.
• Proven ability to analyze user needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Experience in coordinating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

This role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and operates on a full-time basis within a dynamic and growing organization. The specialist will work collaboratively across various business functions to support the continuous improvement of digital products.
