About the Role

Saudi Azm is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh. This full-time role involves leading IT projects through their entire lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adherence to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead IT projects from initiation and planning through to implementation and closure.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource requirements.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business needs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, data, and business stakeholders.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
Monitor project progress against approved plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed quality, security, compliance, and governance standards.
Prepare and present regular project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Manage communication with internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and third-party technology partners.
Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and progress reviews.
Manage project documentation, including project charters, requirements, schedules, RAID logs, status reports, and closure documents.
Identify opportunities to improve project delivery methodologies, processes, and governance.
Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
Support procurement and vendor management activities related to IT projects.
Ensure proper handover of completed projects to operational and support teams.
Apply appropriate project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches, depending on project requirements.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in IT project management. A strong understanding of various project management methodologies is required.
