About Qiddiya and the Role

Qiddiya is developing a new destination city near Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, planned to include 25 masterplan districts across various sectors including sports, entertainment, arts, culture, and residential communities. The Senior Manager Agency Training will join the Sales and Leasing Performance Unit (SLPU) within Qiddiya, operating specifically within the Qiddiya Real Estate LearnLab (QREL). This full-time position is based in Riyadh.

Role Purpose and Context

The Senior Manager Agency Training serves as the primary training lead and brand ambassador for Qiddiya's external broker partner network. This role is critical for enabling the successful go-to-market of Qiddiya's real estate portfolio by ensuring broker partners possess deep, accurate, and current knowledge of Qiddiya's developments, value proposition, sales and leasing systems, processes, and operational standards. The position directly contributes to broker readiness, customer experience excellence, and ultimately conversion outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute a comprehensive broker training strategy aligned with Qiddiya's go-to-market roadmap across Residential, Retail, Office, and Land asset classes.
Develop and deploy a best-in-class broker enablement program, embedding a blended learning model through both in-person and digital channels.
Deliver high-impact, instructor-led training sessions, workshops, broker onboarding programs, product launch enablement events, and certification programs for external broker partners.
Coach brokers and agency leaders to position Qiddiya consistently and credibly in market conversations, tailoring narratives by customer segment.
Develop and adapt Qiddiya-specific training content covering product and project knowledge, brand storytelling, sales and leasing systems, regulatory compliance, and market intelligence.
Facilitate large-scale training events for diverse broker audiences, including Saudi-based, GCC-based, and international partners.
Collaborate with Programs, Digital Systems, and Learner Experience teams to ensure an integrated learning experience, and align with Sales and Leasing leadership on commercial priorities.
Stay abreast of KSA real estate market trends, regulatory developments, and industry best practices to ensure training content remains current and compliant.
Define and track training effectiveness metrics, including broker readiness scores, assessment outcomes, engagement levels, and post-training conversion trends.
Act as the primary representative of Qiddiya Real Estate Learn Lab with external broker partners, fostering trust, engagement, and long-term commitment.
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue coordination, materials preparation, and post-training assessments for local and international audiences.
Maintain accurate training records, attendance data, and assessment results to support reporting on program effectiveness.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 9 years of experience in real estate sales training or enablement.
Demonstrated ability to deliver both in-person and virtual training to diverse local, GCC, and international audiences.

Work Environment and Expectations

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires willingness to travel as per business requirements and flexibility to deliver training based on broker availability and go-to-market milestones.
